What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate a dedicated cleaning team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
* Plan and oversee cleaning operations to maintain a sterile and safe environment, including desks, walls, ceilings, vents, blinds, and other surfaces.
* Ensure patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and hospital wards are kept to the highest hygiene standards.
* Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
* Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
* Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within cleaning or facilities management.
* Physical ability to carry out manual aspects of the role.
* A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene.
* Professional integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
