Complaints Manager (3 x Positions)
Location: Peterborough / Remote
Salary: £47,500 (During probation), rising to £50,000 plus car allowance
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours, Monday to Friday
This role is primarily remote, with the requirement to visit tenants and the head office as necessary. Candidates must be commutable within 1 hour of Peterborough, possess a clean driving license, and have suitable vehicle insurance.
Role Details
CKH is pleased to announce the formation of a new team dedicated to investigating and improving our services based on resident feedback. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, ensuring consistency and fairness across our services. We are seeking three experienced housing professionals to:
* Provide a professional, responsive, and empathetic complaint resolution service to residents.
* Handle feedback and complaints with a customer-centered approach.
* Work autonomously to solve resident problems or concerns.
* Conduct thorough and supportive investigations into all feedback and complaints.
* Ensure investigations comply with relevant policies and procedures.
* Develop performance insights and identify areas for improvement based on resident feedback.
