We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our dymanic commercial team. You will provide admin support to ensure the efficient and effective running of the category/supply team. This role will allow you to delveop and learn the basics of category and supplier management. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain up to date product information Develop strong relationships with suppliers Escalate issues as required to ensure a prompt resolution Provide necessary admin to ensure that cost price changes are negotiated, agreed and uploaded correctly Ensure that all rebate and price support claims are claimed in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of any requested changes that may need to be justified Obtain the required information for promotions from suppliers Work closely with the Promotions Manager to ensure that promotions are executed brilliantly Support the Supplier Managers with EDNA queries On a weekly basis, complete a competitor shop to identify any changes in our competitor proposition Organise meetings as required Maintain supplier information through the Approved Supplier List. (ISO Certificates, contact details etc) to ensure regulatory compliance Provide ad hoc admin support to the Supplier managers, Head of Category and Commercial Director Stand in for Supply admin assistant when needed Skills Required: Good Verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills Good relationship building skills Intermediate level on Microsoft office programs.
