* Strong data analysis and visualisation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

* Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

* Strong knowledge of HR systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks.

* Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and compliance standards.

* Experience developing HR metrics and KPIs that support strategic goals.

* Background in regulated sectors would be advantageous.

* Highly analytical, detail-focused, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Please note that this vacancy may close earlier than the advertised date if we receive a high volume of applications.

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR data and analytics in a forward-thinking organisation. You’ll shape how we use workforce insights to influence strategic decisions, enhance colleague experience, and deliver measurable improvements across the business
