What the role looks like
You will be trusted to handle a range of commercial motor trade risks, trade with brokers and help shape profitable outcomes across the portfolio.
The work covers both new business and existing accounts, with a clear focus on service, relationship management and underwriting discipline.
Responsibilities
* Underwrite new and existing commercial Motor Trade risks
* Trade with brokers and build long-term relationships
* Assess risk, negotiate terms and support profitable growth
* Manage cases in line with underwriting appetite, service standards and governance
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider mid-market and commercial teams
* Contribute ideas around service, trading and portfolio improvement
