Part customer relations, part logistics The companys customers are mostly tradespeople. They place their orders and expect the necessary kit to turn up at the right time and place, so they can get the job done. Youll be making sure this happens, following up on deliveries by phone and acting quickly to solve any problems, such as missing pieces or billing queries. The roles branch based, as youll be working closely with colleagues in accounts, order processing, logistics and tech support to iron out any issues. And alongside this, youll be building relationships with customers, who rate the companys products and rely on fast, efficient support. Youll be also serving customers on the trade counter. Administrator? Coordinator? Diplomat? It would be totally ideal if youve worked in a company or branch that supplies trade customers, maybe on the counter, in the back office or in the warehouse.
