Responsibilities
* Undertake stock condition surveys on our clients existing operational and school building portfolio.
* Update the current stock condition information on handheld software updating central records in real time.
* Ensure coding structures are suitable to enable all asset components to be uniquely identified and prioritised.
* Work independently, managing your own diary with an excellent work ethic.
Qualifications
* Full valid UK and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* A technical background to understand building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems.
* HNC or equivalent in either a building, mechanical or electrical discipline.
* Awareness of CDM2015 and relevant responsibilities.
* Tradesman looking to take the next step, or a new graduate of a related degree.
