Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Salary- £24,000 plus discretionary performance based bonus.
Job role: We are looking for a self-motivated sales and marketing assistant who can help drive the growth of our International and Education businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Drive growth in Tranmere's International business (primarily football and other sports coaching and tourism) and Education business (provision of BTEC, Alternative Provision, HND and Diplomas);
· Work with the Marketing team to produce marketing campaigns and appropriate collateral for the Education and International Businesses;
· Build relationships with regular providers of business to the International department such as tour companies and ensure their needs are being met;
· Run the Tranmere International and Education social media accounts and website pages and make sure they are kept up to date with content;
· Capture data and feedback from visiting international groups;
· Identify and target new potential channels to market;
· Support the Education department with Recruitment events;
· Negotiate sales for International business within agreed budgetary parameters;
· Maintain a prospect/sales pipeline;
· Represent Tranmere International at conferences;
· Report regularly to the head of International and head of Education.
Skills & Knowledge required:
· Proven ability to sell
· Understanding of football landscape
· IT literacy
· Ability to generate engaging marketing and social media
· Self-starter
· Driving licence
DBS Required.
