We are currently recruiting an experienced Consultant Histopathologist to support an NHS service in Northampton.
This is an on-site position requiring a confident and autonomous consultant who can report independently and contribute fully to the histopathology service.
About the Role
* Deliver consultant-level histopathology reporting
* Independently review and report a broad range of histopathology specimens
* Provide expert diagnostic opinions and clinical advice
* Work collaboratively with clinical teams and MDTs
* Support safe, efficient laboratory and diagnostic services
This is a fully on-site role in Northampton. Remote working is not available.
Essential Requirements
* Full GMC registration with Licence to Practise
* Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Histopathology
* Ability to report and work independently at consultant level
* Strong diagnostic expertise and clinical judgement
* Excellent communication and MDT working skills
