Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support development.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
Experience
* Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential.
* Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable but not required.
* Experience in intervention work or delivering targeted support is advantageous.
Skills
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching styles.
Educational requirements
* Evidence of continued professional development is desirable.
* Valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
