We’re hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. You’ll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Create and manage weekly rotas
* Match carers to client needs and availability
* Support the recruitment and onboarding process
* Maintain accurate care records and visit notes
* Communicate with clients and families
* Work closely with the RM/Deputy and Field Supervisor
Requirements:
* Experience in a care coordination or scheduling role
* Good IT and admin skills
* Knowledge of domiciliary care preferred
* Calm under pressure and good with people
* Driver preferred but not essential
