HR Project Manager - Permanent

* Salary - £75,000 + Bonus
* Location - London
* Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office
What can you expect from this role?
* Lead and deliver a portfolio of people-focused projects and initiatives to support organisational success and align with the objectives of senior HR leadership and the wider people strategy.
* Develop and implement plans that support organisational growth, transformation and evolving business needs.
* Partner with senior HR colleagues to design and deliver a suite of people strategies, including clear objectives and action plans aligned to business priorities.
* Shape and promote a compelling people offering, with a focus on values, leadership capability, and key priorities such as resourcing, skills development and culture.
* Design and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that reflect feedback, foster a positive culture, support learning and development, and recognise contributions.
* Plan, manage, launch and embed people-related projects to improve the effectiveness and impact of HR services.
* Provide HR input into broader organisational initiatives, including systems implementation, policies and processes, reward strategies, development programmes, and equity, diversity and inclusion activity.
* Set clear goals and success measures for all projects to ensure alignment and shared understanding of outcomes.
* Ensure projects are appropriately resourced, including people and budgets, and that resources are managed efficiently and responsibly.
* Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, capturing lessons learned and demonstrating the value of people initiatives.
* Provide cover and support for senior HR operations leadership across a range of cross-organisational topics as required.
* Manage project budgets that vary depending on scope and complexity, with larger allocations possible for major initiatives such as system implementations.
Skills/qualifications required:
* HR qualification - CIPD level 5
* At least 3 years experience within large complex business.
* Demonstrates strong project management expertise, with the ability to lead, plan and deliver initiatives effectively.
* Experience managing portfolios of high-profile HR and people projects from start to finish.
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and analysing data.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive and adaptable self-starter, capable of navigating complex environments and working under pressure.
