About you
* Previous experience in QA testing, ideally within public sector or education projects
* Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports
* Good communication skills, with the ability to document issues clearly
* Capable of working independently and managing time effectively
What you'll do
* Develop and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
* Conduct testing on new software applications and updates, ensuring quality standards are met
* Identify, record, and track defects and issues, providing detailed reports to developersSupport the testing lifecycle from planning through to validation
* Collaborate with project team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
* Contribute to refining testing processes and documentation for ongoing improvement
