Software Developer (.Net) - Glasgow / Edinburgh Hybrid - C. 45K, Bonus

About the Role
As a Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, performant, and secure code while contributing to agile development practices. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining technical content using the company development stack, supporting review processes, and addressing issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop high-quality, secure, and well-tested code that delivers optimal performance.
2. Participate in code and process reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommending improvements.
3. Resolve bugs and handle support issues efficiently to maintain system stability.
4. Collaborate in sprint cycles and contribute to product increment planning within a scaled agile framework.
Skills and Qualifications
5. Technical expertise in: C# .Net, JavaScript (preferably React), SQL Server/T-SQL, HTML, CSS/LESS, with additional preferable skills in PowerShell and/or YAML.
6. Proficient in development and collaboration tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Notepad++, Git, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
7. Hands-on skills with cloud and automation technologies: GitHub Actions, Azure, and ideally AWS services.
8. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
