Job Description
3. Oversee and manage all tax and treasury operations within the organisation.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimise the organisation's tax position.
6. Manage cash flow and liquidity of the organisation.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax and treasury advisors.
8. Prepare and present tax and treasury reports to senior management.
9. Identify and implement process improvements within the tax and treasury functions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax & Treasury Manager should have:
10. Relevant educational qualifications in Tax, Finance, or a related field.
11. Profound knowledge of corporate tax issue and the ability to develop new technical skills .
12. Proficiency in strategic tax planning and process improvements.
13. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
14. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with external advisors and senior management.
15. A proactive approach to staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
