Responsibilities
* Companionship – keeping clients happy
* Personal hygiene support – assistance with washing and dressing
* Medication – reminding clients and collecting prescriptions
* Meal preparation – help at mealtimes
* Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
* Errands – shopping assistance and running errands
* Mobility – helping clients move around the home
Working Hours
Live‑in carers work 24/7 in the client’s home. Placements can be short‑term or permanent, depending on the client’s and carer’s preferences.
Location
Assignments are located in Horsham and surrounding areas, supported by a network of care teams.
Training & Support
We provide comprehensive training through the Alina Homecare Academy, so you’re ready from day one.
Requirements
* A caring and positive attitude

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (where required)
