Role Overview: This Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk position involves conducting comprehensive property inspections, inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections. Attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service are key to ensuring properties are accurately recorded and ready for tenants. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections with precision Submit accurate, comprehensive reports on a right-first-time basis Build positive relationships with tenants during inspections Meet daily targets for both volume and quality of work Attend training and refresher sessions to maintain and develop skills Skills & Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own workload Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight turn-around times Ability to work independently and autonomously Experience: Previous experience conducting property inventories, check-outs, and inspections Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Package & Benefits: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (30-minute lunch) Training and refresher courses for professional development Opportunity to work across multiple locations and gain varied experience Supportive working environment with clear performance targets
