The organisation is looking for an Individual Giving Manager (Retention) to join their team.

The Role
In this role, youll develop and implement data-led campaigns to engage existing cash supporters, regular givers, and gaming participants. Youll deliver personalised stewardship initiatives, ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to their mission. Working across direct mail, telemarketing, gaming, and digital channels, youll create compelling supporter journeys that inspire long-term commitment and giving.
Theyre looking for someone with experience in donor retention and direct marketing. You should have strong project management skills, the ability to write engaging fundraising appeals, and experience working with CRM systems such as Raisers Edge. A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for supporter engagement will be key to success in this role.
