Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may be offered.
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week, 12 hours available.
Responsibilities
* Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
* Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
* Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
* Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience or qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment.
* Desire to train and develop into the pharmacy field.
* Passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right products and solutions.
* Ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured.
* Initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether with over‑the‑counter product guidance, prescription queries, or referring to the pharmacist for expert advice.
* Positive, team‑focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, and celebrating success together.
