Part Time Office Administrator
Location: Henley in Arden
Salary: Up to £35,000 pro rata
Working Pattern: Flexible, 3 full days in the office or hours spread across the week
We are working with a busy and growing property business based in Henley in Arden who are looking to appoint a Part Time Office Administrator to support the wider team across finance, marketing, and general office operations.
This is a varied position suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
The business offers a friendly, supportive culture, 25 days holiday pro rata, and a positive working atmosphere, but it is a busy office so the ability to manage workload and priorities is key.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting day to day finance administration including invoicing and purchase orders
* Assisting with credit control and general accounts administration
* Helping coordinate marketing activity, mailers, and campaigns
* Maintaining internal systems, databases, and records
* General office administration and team support
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and clients where required
Experience Required
* Previous office administration experience
* Comfortable supporting finance and marketing functions
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT skills including Excel and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Property sector experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
