Here, we offer not just career opportunities, but the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that’s driving innovation in the glass industry.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production plant and equipment. Operator Support: Assist operators with maintenance activities and support their understanding of machine functions to enhance overall efficiency.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to reduce breakdowns and improve processes through WCM methodologies such as 5S, AM/PM, and 5 Why analysis.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with reporting systems and CMMS / SHIRE (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Project Participation: Take an active role in site projects, contributing to the reduction of plant downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Good literacy and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Continuous Improvement & Customer Focus:

You will be expected to recommend solutions that allow production to meet daily targets, even in the event of breakdowns, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
