Part-Time HR Advisor (3 Days per Week)
Location: Bristol
We are seeking a capable and confident HR Advisor to join a Bristol-based professional services firm on a part-time basis (three days per week). This is a generalist role working closely with HR Business Partners to provide high-quality, proactive HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people matters across the employee lifecycle.
* Advising and guiding line managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, and conduct.
* Coaching managers to build capability and confidence in handling people matters effectively.
* Using people data to help business areas identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear insights and recommendations.
* Supporting cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, pay and bonus reviews, talent processes, and promotion cycles.
* Ensuring HR processes, procedures, and policies are followed consistently and effectively.
About You:
* Solid experience as an HR Advisor within a professional, commercial, or fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Demonstrable experience handling a range of employee relations matters.
* Confident in interpreting and using data to inform decisions and provide insight.
* Skilled in building strong relationships, coaching managers, and offering practical HR guidance.
* Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively across a varied workload.
