The Role You’ll be advising a diverse client base on disputes involving employers, contractors and consultants, working across both commercial and residential developments. The work is varied, technical and rewarding, offering hands-on experience in: * Adjudication, mediation and litigation * County Court and High Court proceedings, including TCC matters * Drafting and advising on building contracts and construction documentation * Managing disputes from early advice through to resolution This is a role where no two matters are the same, and your expertise will truly make an impact.
