Morgan employs over 200 people at its Malvern factory and distributes via a network of approximately 70 dealers globally, with export markets representing around 70% of production demand annually.

Job Description:
Overview / Purpose of the Role
The Dealer Marketing Executive is a newly created role designed to strengthen the relationship between Morgan Motor Company and its global dealer network. Sitting within the Marketing Department and working closely with Commercial colleagues, the role is responsible for coordinating dealer marketing activity, supporting regional campaigns, and ensuring dealers have the tools, assets and guidance they need to drive demand in their markets.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, solving problems, and delivering high-quality, measurable marketing support. The successful candidate will help shape local and regional marketing plans, improve processes and systems, and play a key role in ensuring consistent, effective promotion of the Morgan brand worldwide.
The role will require international travel and occasional evening and weekend work to support events and dealer activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Work proactively with dealers to create local and regional marketing plans, aligning them with Morgan’s global strategy while tailoring for market needs.
* Act as a central liaison between Morgan HQ and the global dealer network, strengthening communication, alignment and consistency.
* Oversee the dealer marketing support process, ensuring requests are logged, progressed and delivered efficiently with clear communication.
* Maintain and manage the dealer marketing budget tracker, ensuring accurate spend logging and timely reporting.
* Manage the distribution of promotional assets to dealers, ensuring timely delivery and strict brand consistency.
* Maintain and evolve Morgan’s digital asset management (DAM) platform, ensuring materials are well organised, current and accessible.
* Implement, manage, and continuously improve call-tracking and measurement software, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.
* Support the planning and delivery of dealer events, vehicle launches and regional activations, working cross-functionally with colleagues throughout the business.
* Coordinate the rollout of centrally led marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution across global regions.
* Manage dealer communications, ensuring updates on campaigns, tools and marketing opportunities are clear and timely.
* Work with dealers to ensure brand compliance, reviewing local executions and guiding improvements.
* Monitor and report on dealer-level marketing performance, including leads, conversion, activity outcomes, ROI and spend efficiency.
* Support the maintenance and effectiveness of dealer portals, CRM systems, databases and marketing tools.
* Liaise with internal teams (Commercial, Design and Experience) and external suppliers/agencies to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
* Contribute to the development of processes, systems and tools that improve dealer support and marketing efficiency
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
* Experience within an automotive OEM or dealer/retail environment is desirable.
* Proven experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including CRM, email, social, targeting and performance measurement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
* Experience using project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday).
* Experience with digital asset management (DAM) tools is desirable.
* Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to interpret data and analytics to produce reports and actionable insights.
* Experience liaising with agencies, suppliers or external partners.
* Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.
