Park Gate, Southampton

Salary:
18k - 20k Depending on Experience

Contract:
Part-time -
Monday to Friday
from 9:00 - 14:00hrs

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Office Manager with strong PA (Personal Assistant) skills
to join our team. This is a varied role that requires excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both office operations and provide direct support to he company's Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Manage administrative systems and office supplies.
* Provide high-level PA support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Support HR and recruitment administration.
* Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

About You

* Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Extremely self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented.
