Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Manchester with Hybrid Working

We are recruiting a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a highly regarded engineering team delivering diverse and technically challenging building services projects.
The Role
* Deliver electrical design from feasibility through to completion and handover
* Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors across project teams
* Attend and contribute to technical and project meetings
* Ensure designs meet current legislation, standards and health and safety requirements
* Advise clients on energy use, sustainability and carbon reduction strategies
* Review contractor proposals and carry out site inspections
* Design building services systems using software such as CAD, Revit, Dialux and Amtech
About You
* Degree qualified in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
* Significant experience in electrical building services design
* Chartered or working towards CEng status
* Strong understanding of UK regulations and design standards
* Proficient in industry software including CAD and BIM tools
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
* Motivated, organised and keen to progress
