What Youll Do
* Provide general office support including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
* Assist with transport admin tasks such as vehicle VORs, repair estimates, PCNs, and logistics coordination.
* Prepare and process documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
* Liaise with depot management, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
* Maintain accurate records using IT systems and support compliance with company policies.
