SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
 * Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group setting
 * Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
 * Assist students in improving academic performance and social skills
 * Monitor and track progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
 * Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education
Required Qualifications:
 * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
 * Experience working with students with SEN
 * Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
 * Strong understanding of different learning styles and abilities
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
 * Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Working Conditions:
The role of SEN Tutor is a part-time temporary position, typically working flexible hours to accommodate students' schedules. The work environment may vary, including working in schools, educational centres, or students' homes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
