The Role
Lead a significant project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Collaborate with senior leaders to plan team operations, resource needs, and goal achievement.
Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
Coordinate across departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, HR to ensure project support and alignment.
Standardize and improve global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
Develop training and knowledge sharing initiatives to support new working methods and high-quality standards.
Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.
Who you are:
Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Well-versed in pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Organized with strong budget and risk management capabilities.
