About the Role You will be responsible for managing and motivating a 32-strong Aftersales team, including 17 skilled technicians, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average. Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards. Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards. Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times. Maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and drive colleague performance. About You The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills to lead your team to deliver business objectives. Ability to increase performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and aligning with our company values.
