About the Production Operative role:
You'll be part of a team transforming raw materials into products that are essential materials for industries, including electronics and automotive. The work can be physical and hands-on, but if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that invests in its future. Duties will include:-
Operating and monitoring production processes.
Handling raw materials and finished products.
Keeping the plant running smoothly with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
What we are looking for:
Experience as a production operator, process operator, or similar role.
A proactive, reliable individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves.
Someone eager to learn and develop in a physical, industrial environment.
The package:
£13-£16 per hour, depending on experience.
