A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Chief Commercial Officer, working to shape and drive the revenue strategy across teams.
The right candidate will be a senior leader with excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record in revenue generation and sustained company growth.
Salary: Up to £100,000
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
* Provide commercial insight for the executive team and the board.
* Lead revenue generation across partnerships, memberships or similar.
* Drive revenue growth across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong previous experience in a commercial, revenue-focused role.
* A proven track record in delivering revenue growth across partnerships, memberships or similar.
* An analytical individual with strong financial and business planning skills.
* Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
* Experience in a leisure or attractions environment is desirable.
