Great opportunity for Support Workers in Norfolk to join a well-established company. Working in one place in the client's home as part of an all-female team on a 2;1 basis on the outskirts of Norwich.
We have both waking nights and days available, 12 hours shifts 7-7;
* Nights x 2 shifts per week available
* Days x 2-3 shifts per week available
Responsibilities to include:
* Personal care
* Domestic duties around the home
* Support with social activities
* Medication Administration
* Tracheostomy Care
* Ventilation Care
The ideal candidate will have:
* A compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build a good rapport
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Flexibility to provide cover when needed
* Ideally previous experience in a similar role providing complex care due to a spinal cord injury
* Good sense of humour
