Refocus Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week (Term Time only + 5 days).
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:00, Friday 8:00–15:30.
Scale H: 17-22, Starting Salary £26,683.09.
Location: Oakley School, Quercus Way, Oakley Wood Road, Bishops Tachbrook, Warwickshire CV33 9QE.
Oakley School is an all-through school on the edge of South Leamington in Warwickshire, part of Stowe Valley MAT led by Southam College. We have welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and continue to welcome a new group every year until the school is complete up to Year 11. Role Overview
The Refocus Manager will support the school's vision and drive improvement. The right candidate will have a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for pupils, experience working as part of a team to achieve the highest expectations, and a real passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
