GTM at Duffel

We are looking for a VP Sales to join our team leading our overall GTM strategy, including revenue, sales, marketing, customer success and support. Beyond driving strategy, we're looking for a hands-on operator who can lead and build our several pillars of the revenue organisation on the foundation of our product-led growth and self-serve sales motion.


What you'll be doing

* Drive growth - Lead sales, marketing, and support with an understanding of self-serve, sales-assist (bridging the gap from the self-serve → sales team), and sales.
* Lead monetisation - Set and guide strategy to optimise monetisation, growth, and retention, including pricing.
* Global expansion - Oversee the company’s expansion in new markets through our international growth strategy.
* Scale the team - Hire, train, and retain a highly skilled, diverse, and effective team with the ability to write headcount plans accounting for onboarding and ramp time.
* Own the operational plan and the P&L - Write clear and compelling operational plans for investment in the GTM organisation for each planning cycle (short, mid, and long-term).


Experience

* Demonstrated leadership success in a high-growth start-up/scale-up (Series B to Series D)
* Operator mindset with drive to achieve high velocity as the company grows
* Experience growing a business and managing a P&L
* Experience driving a broad set of departments (Sales, Marketing, Support)
* Proven ability to hire, lead, and retain top talent in a competitive market
* Proactive approach to management with proven ability to build successful teams
* Presence as a leader with the ability to establish relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers


Nice to have

* Experience in the travel or travel technology industry
* Alternatively, experience in SaaS operations, FinTech, or Payments
* Experience with B2B sales and marketing, particularly leveraging product-led growth
