We’re partnering with a premium chilled food manufacturer known for complex, multi-component products supplied to major retail customers. The site has serious capability, meaning this isn’t incremental development — you’ll be creating interesting, high-quality products from concept through to launch, balancing creativity with commercial and operational reality.
The role is highly customer-facing, so you’ll need to be confident interpreting briefs, presenting concepts, and building strong retailer relationships while leading projects across kitchen, factory trials, and launch.
You’ll likely already be a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager within chilled or fresh food, comfortable managing complexity and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
