We're looking for a reliable and organised Soft Services FM professional to join a busy PFI schools contract in Irvine.
This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities management or soft services experience who enjoys a varied role and working within an education environment.
Role Includes
* Managing day-to-day soft FM services
* Coordinating cleaning and support teams
* Monitoring service standards and KPIs
* Liaising with school staff and subcontractors
* General FM admin and compliance support
* Helping ensure the schools run smoothly day to day
What we're looking for
* Previous FM or soft services experience
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage priorities and contractors
* Positive, hands‑on approach
* Experience within schools or PFI contracts is beneficial but not essential
