Job title: Corporate Solicitor — Location: Tunbridge Wells — Salary: £62k-£80k - depending on experience — PQE Level: 2-6 — Contract Type: Permanent — Working Hours: Full-time
I'm working with a highly regarded Corporate/M&A team led by ex‑City partners. This group is known for their commercial approach, technical excellence and exceptional client service. The team advises a broad national and international client base, including mid-market companies, listed businesses and entrepreneurs. It is recognised for handling complex, cross-border, and market-leading transactions across acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, share capital reorganisations, and finance matters.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality corporate/M&A advisory on complex, cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, share capital reorganisations, and related finance matters.
* Collaborate with specialists across practice areas to deliver bespoke, commercially focused solutions and clear client communications.
* Support deal planning, execution, and execution-related project management to drive transactions efficiently.
* Contribute to a high-standard client service culture with strong mentoring and development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with PQE level 2–6.
* Experience in corporate/M&A practice, including cross-border work and complex transactions (preferred).
* Strong commercial flair, clear communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
