Honey Legal is an innovative and fast‑growing company that has a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join their Legal Team. This is an in‑house role that will require a Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts, LPAs and Probate. This role has an existing caseload and there will be no requirement to bring or generate a client base.
The role requires some development of a team of paralegals, so some supervisory experience would be ideal although not essential. You should ideally possess the following:

The role will entail:
* Checking and drafting estate planning documents
* Supervising and training junior members of staff
* Supporting the Head of Legal Services in relation to wider company business
* Checking all documentation prior to signing and implementation, and ensuring that all files/cases are up-to-date and compliant with professional standards and procedures
* Keeping up‑to‑date with changes and developments in law, and implementing updates where necessary, supporting the Legal Team overall
* Assist with the promotion and development of the Company and the Legal Team
* Managing a wide caseload and assisting with development of internal procedures and the internal case management system
