Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dewsbury for an LGV Driver at Beales Transport. Responsibilities include operating and driving LGVs safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are loaded and unloaded correctly, and adhering to all DOT regulations. The driver will also conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, plan routes effectively, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety at all times. Must have valid license with no more than 3 points
Qualifications
* Possession of a valid CDL Class A driving license
* Experience in truck driving and safe handling of large vehicles
* Knowledge of and adherence to DOT regulations
* Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks efficiently
* Strong organization and time management skills for effective route planning
* Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and team members professionally
* Experience in handling and maintaining trucks is a plus
