Opportunity: Commercial Property Partner in Birmingham
We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Partner based in Birmingham City Centre for a National Law firm keen to appoint an additional partner into their team. Salary depends on experience and following.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of real estate transactions.
* Develop the firm's commercial property offerings.
* Support and supervise junior team members.
* Play a key role in the firm’s growth strategy via lateral hires.
* Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate new instructions.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent track record in Commercial Property law, with experience in development, investment, regeneration, and general commercial property matters.
* Preferably a Partner with a following, or a Senior Associate frustrated with lack of progression seeking the next career step.
* Strong leadership and networking skills.
* Exceptional communication skills and client care.
