Store Manager - Bristol

This role involves managing a £multi-million store, inspiring your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, cost control and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for people management, performance, handling customer queries, and carrying out till spot checks as needed to meet operational targets.

You’ll need to be:
* An experienced people-manager
* Skilled in leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
* Proficient in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets
