About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of both external and internal projects across a range of service areas including ITAM, SAM, FinOps, Cloud & SaaS. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring projects run efficiently, meet quality standards, and deliver real value to both the business and its customers.
You’ll work closely with internal departments such as development, security, marketing, and senior leadership—coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent tech-focused projects.
* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria, adapting approaches as needed.
* Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clear.
* Prepare and communicate regular project status reports to leadership and clients.
* Manage change control, ensuring impact is documented and approved.
* Oversee quality assurance and corrective actions for project deliverables.
* Support and mentor junior project team members where applicable.
* Deliver professional, executive-level communication across all touchpoints.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
* 5+ years of project management experience.
* Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, or software delivery across multi-client environments.
* Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or AgilePM Practitioner.
* Skilled in governance tools like RAID logs, scope management, and status reporting.
* Proven track record of managing technical projects through full lifecycle.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
* Strong budget and resource management capabilities.
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for high service standards.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Software Asset Management, FinOps, Cloud and SaaS solutions.
* Experience in both product and service delivery environments.
