An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Fife’s Patient Experience Team for a motivated and compassionate individual to join us as a Patient Experience Officer.
In this pivotal role, you will support the administration of patient feedback and the complaints handling process, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of patient care. You will also assist in delivering the wider services of the Patient Experience Team, helping to ensure that every patient voice is heard and valued.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage a busy and varied workload, and is confident working to tight deadlines. You should be adaptable, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in response to changing demands.
