Job Description
Lead on all aspects of our Marketing strategy to support our business strategy, including,
3. Develop and lead our marketing approach, working closely with the MD and Sales Director.
4. Working closely with the Sales Director - designing and implementing our Marketing strategy with the engagement with all our key stakeholders
5. Management of campaigns that are integrated with our sales strategy including content creation, brand positing, ROI targets and budget management
6. Working with the sales and finance teams - provide competitor and market insights based on continuous research of the markets we operate in
7. Support and where necessary lead our brand and team at external events and dinners
8. Leadership of the internal marketing resources and any external third parties used
Lead on internal and external communications to support our business strategy by,
9. Working closely with the MD and HR Director - shaping executing a communications plan that helps to engage our current and future workforce across the Group.
10. Working closely with the HR team, to design and execute an engagement plan that promotes us as a great place to work & have a career with our target labour markets, including EVP, local community engagement, early careers opportunities and STEM outreach
11. Leading on all forms of direct communication to our people to enable them to be informed and engaged in our future. This includes direct leadership communication & engagement events e.g. townhalls, digital communication of key messages, active engagement of our non-IT industrial people, maintaining content on intranet
12. Supporting all internal communications during periods of change or during an event that risks our business continuity.
The Successful Applicant
13. Proven examples of creating a marketing strategy that is integrated with sales growth targets
14. Can demonstrate ROI for campaigns
15. Experience leading a marketing team in a B2B and B2C industry
16. Able to demonstrate positive impact made from communications strategy for existing employees
