Job Description
* Must be available to work in the office 3 days per week.
* Part time opportunity in central Portsmouth.
* Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Manage and organise documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively via phone calls.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
* Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure efficient communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as will be on the phone to customers.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
