We are a growing travel agency (ATOL No. 12639) looking for an experienced and knowledgeable travel professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired travel industry professional who still enjoys working with customers and sharing their expertise while maintaining a flexible work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with holiday, flight, Umrah, and travel bookings.
* Providing expert travel advice and destination recommendations.
* Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
* Preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
* Supporting the sales team with travel industry knowledge and best practices.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the booking process.

Qualifications
* Previous experience working in the travel industry (travel agency, tour operator, airline, or related sector).
* Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and travel products.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
* Good computer and administrative skills.
* Experience with Umrah, Hajj, or international travel bookings would be an advantage.
