Job Description:
EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £24,000 per annum, with a shift allowance of £85 per month, as well as a benefits package.

Note: This role requires night shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis.
Responsibilities:
* Answer calls for a multi-contract, fast-paced Helpdesk.
* Log calls on internal CAFM systems.
* Assign and dispatch resources via multiple channels.
* Work to Service Level Agreements to prevent penalties.
* Issue reports to clients using in-house systems.
* Monitor and chase work orders to completion within SLA.
* Provide first-line support for electric vehicle charging customers.
* Handle requests via various channels.
* Perform administrative tasks as required.
