Corporate Administrator - 6 months - Cardiff - Inside IR35
One of our public sector clients is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join them in a 6 month contract. This role is offering circa £120-150 per day, inside IR35. They are based in Cardiff.
As the Corporate Administrator you will provide high level corporate administration support to the service which will include a comprehensive, confidential administrative, clerical and business support as part of the Corporate Administration team.
You will be required to communicate and liaise with all directorates, and all internal and external stakeholders, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with organisational policies. This is a key supporting role to the effective running of the Corporate Administration team and department, contributing to the agreed work plan. You would be expected to cover reception daily.
Experience Required:
1. Demonstrable experience in an administrative role and reception.
2. Previous experience of working with financial systems and/or purchasing of goods or equipment.
3. Previous experience of dealing with customers, clients and/or members of the public.
4. Experience of project support work.
5. Experience of communicating at all levels.
