You'll play a key role in developing advanced technologies for the offshore, defence, and oceanographic sectors.
You'll help design and develop new and existing products - from concept through to testing - working on mechanical assemblies, prototypes, and performance experiments. You'll gain experience in FEA analysis, mechanical compliance testing, and real-world engineering challenges, all while collaborating closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and project managers.
We're looking for someone with curiosity, precision, and drive - a graduate ready to turn ideas into engineered solutions that perform in some of the world's toughest environments.
What you’ll do
* Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems.
* Contribute to prototype testing, performance experiments, and continuous product improvements.
* Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and on time.
* Support documentation, product specifications, and test procedures.
What we’re looking for
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
You’ll work on exciting, real-world engineering projects with exposure to industries shaping the future of subsea technology. Expect plenty of hands‑on experience, technical development, and the opportunity to grow your engineering career in a supportive environment.
